WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

I will work with you to deliver your pieces as fast as I can. Please allow at least 2 weeks for custom design and printing.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A CUSTOM DESIGN?

The cost of a custom invitation design differs depending on what you are wanting. Most custom designs start at $2 a piece, but pricing can vary. More details here.

HOW DO I PAY?

I will send you an invoice via PayPal and you can pay via credit card. I also accept Venmo, Facebook Messenger Payments and Apple Pay.

WHEN DO I PAY?

You will pay when the designs are ready to print. I will not send to the printer until I have received full payment. Unlike many other designers, I do not require a deposit.

 

WHY CAN PRICING VARY?

Pricing can vary because of but not limited to the following things. For an exact price, let me know what you want in the form above.

  • Different papers

  • Bigger or smaller sizes

  • Color envelopes

  • Return address printing

  • Envelope addressing

HOW MANY design options WILL I GET?

This just depends on whether you like everything after I send the first proof. If you aren't happy with it I will keep adjusting until you love it!

HOW WILL YOU SEND ME PROOFS?

I will send you digital files of your designs via email.

WHAT IF I FIND ERRORS AFTER I HAVE PRINTED?

You are responsible for approval of proofs, proofreading and errors. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print.
